Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a valid return.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
